How to Pick Up Your Unsold Items
Sellers must collect their unsold items

|
Before You Arrive
1. After 18:30 on Sunday, have a look in your MyCM account under the "View Settlement" tab to see which items you sold.
2. We will pack up your items in the 1 Ikea FRAKTA bag that you paid for with your registration fee. You may take your unsold items home with you in this bag. If you see that you have lots of remaining items, please bring some extra bags and boxes with you. Please do not take our bins and boxes as we need them both for future sales and to pack up the sale equipment.
3. Remember to bring your Seller ID card (which you received when you dropped off your items) with you. You'll turn this in when you leave with your items.

When You Arrive
Our hardworking volunteers will spend several hours after the sale sorting the remaining items by Seller Number. When you come to collect your items, please:
- Locate your pile of items (ask a volunteer if you can't find it). We sort by number, so follow the numbers until you find yours.
- Look through your items and make sure they all belong to you. Sometimes sellers' items get placed in the wrong piles during the sorting.
- Look through the "loose tags" pile (tags that have fallen off during the sale) to see if any are yours.
- Look through the pile of items without tags to see if any of them belong to you.
- Look through the pile of items we rejected to see if any of them are yours. These items will still have their tags on them. We do not sort them by Seller Number because we want you to know for future sales which items we cannot accept.
- Have a look around the hall in case any of your items have not been placed in your pile (especially toys, furniture, baby gear, shoes).
- Finally, hand in your Seller ID card as you leave with your items. We'll check that your Seller Number matches the items you are taking with you.
Receive Earnings & Settlement Report
You can log in to your account on MyCM to view your settlement report (list of items you sold and how much you earned) by clicking on the "View Settlement" tab. A tentative settlement report will be ready within a couple of hours after the sale's end on Sunday evening. We will pay you directly to your bank account on Wednesday, 27 September 2023 Please contact us if you do not receive your payment by 28 September 2023.
Remember that your seller number will remain the same for future sales. You will keep the same username/password for MyCM--just remember to register for each sale in which you want to participate. Items that do not sell at one sale can be transferred to a later sale as soon as you register for that sale.
The dates for the Spring 2024 sale are 16-17 March. Stay tuned to our website and Facebook page for information on registration dates.
