Monday, 12 January 2026 - REGISTRATION OPENS
20.00   Seller & volunteer registration open. Both volunteer shifts and seller check-in appointments (for dropping off items) open for booking. 
  • New Sellers: Please read through the schedule on this page, Seller Info and the Seller Contract so that you understand how the sale is run and what is expected of the sellers. Use this link and click the Create Account button on My Consignment Manager (MyCM). Once you have an account, you can register for the sale. You will receive an email with your Seller Number. You'll be asked to verify your email -- please click the link in the email. If you do not verify your email, you will not receive emails from us, You can start entering your items right away!
  • Returning Sellers:  Use this link and then click the Register button under Stavanger Kids Sale Spring 2026 to register for the sale. You will receive an email confirmation. You can transfer your unsold items from the previous sale to the current one, and start entering new items right away!
  • Volunteers can register and sign up for a shift(s). Sign up early for the best selection!
  • ALL SELLERS can now select their check-in appointment time for Friday, 13 March 2026 (between 08.30-17.00). Early morning and late afternoon appointments fill up quickly, so book your appointment right away!
Thursday, 5 March 2026 - DEADLINE TO CANCEL REGISTRATION
20.00  Deadline for registered sellers to cancel their registration.  The only way to cancel your registration is to send an email to  Stavanger Kids Sale. This deadline is in place to give us time to contact people on the waiting list before the weekend so that they can enter their items before the deadline. Sellers who cancel their registration after this deadline will be sent a faktura/bill for 150 kr (75 kr registration fee + 75 kr admin fee) since they took a seller spot that won't be used. Registered sellers who do not show up at the sale and who neglect to contact the sale to cancel will not be allowed to be sell at future sales.

Sunday, 8 March 2026 - DEADLINES
20.00  Deadline to select a seller's check-in appointment and/or volunteer shift on MyCM.  ​
Tuesday, 10 March 2026 - DEADLINE TO ENTER ITEMS
12.00  Deadline to enter items in MyCM  
  • The sale will lock and all items will be uploaded to the sale's computers. 
  • After this time, you can print tags, but CANNOT add items to your inventory, or change prices or item details. ​
Friday, 13 March 2026 - DROP OFF / PRE-SALE
08.30 – 17.00     Drop off your items at Madla bydelshus (Åsta Kongsmorsgate 20, Hafrsfjord) at your scheduled appointment time
18.00 – 18.30      CLOSED to ALL except volunteers with shifts at this time
18.30 – 21.30      Pre-sale for volunteers working 2 or more shifts
19.00 – 21.30      Pre-sale for volunteers working 1 shift
20.00 – 21.30     Pre-sale for sellers
When can I shop at the Friday pre-sale? 
Sellers & volunteers will receive 2 tickets each to the Friday pre-sale.

09.00 - 10.00      New and expectant parents pre-sale (tickets required)
10.00 – 16.00      Sale to general public
16.00 – 18.00      CLOSED to ALL except volunteers helping with shifts at this time
18.00 – 20.00     Half-price pre-sale for volunteers only
Sunday, 15 March 2026 - SALE DAY 2
10.00 – 16.00       Half-Price Sale to general public (many remaining items 50% off)
16.00 - 20.30        CLOSED to ALL except volunteers helping with sorting
20.30 – 22.00       Pick up your unsold items at Madla bydelshus
Wednesday, 25 March 2026 - RECEIVE EARNINGS
Receive revenues from your sold items (minus a 75 kr registration fee).  All payments will be made directly to the seller's bank account.
